Over the course of several years, we were developing our mobile applications using native technologies. Facing scalability issues when aiming to enter new markets, platform inconsistencies, and limitations of our current solution, we decided to rebuild our products using Flutter. Flutter is a relatively young framework from Google for building cross-platform applications with a shared codebase.

In this presentation, we will share the fundamental transformation our product went through in less than a year. We will discuss how we switched iOS and Android developers to Dart and Flutter, transitioned over a million lines of code to a new technological stack, and released a new version of the product for hundreds of thousands of users. We will highlight the challenges we encountered, the solutions we implemented, and the lessons we learned from this transformation.
