Workshop: Employee Journey — the way of the samurai
At this workshop, we analysed the employee life cycle in a company, considered all the key stages, onboarding, development (PDP), assessment, and offboarding. In the practical part, we looked at examples of how this can be organised systematically and efficiently, shared cases and experience.
