Strategies and Approaches to Creating a PDP (Personal Development Plan) for Technical Specialists with Consideration of Business Needs [ukr]

In today's rapidly evolving business and technology landscape, companies need not only to attract technical specialists, but also to ensure their continuous professional development aligned with business needs. In my presentation, I will share strategies for creating a Personal Development Plan (PDP) for technical specialists, taking into account the long-term goals of the company.

We will explore key approaches to building a PDP, how individual development plans can be integrated with business strategy, and discuss the role of metrics and feedback in the development process. I will provide examples from my own experience of successful (and not so successful 😊) cases and offer tips on how to nurture talent while addressing critical business challenges.

Additionally, we will discuss how business needs can shape the development of technical specialists' skills and how PDPs support this process.
