The product is a customer data platform aimed to enhance the user experience with online shops usage by adding the possibility to personalize offering and engagement based on user behavior. It allows marketers to craft custom scenarios of interaction for the different customers to dramatically improve the quality of engagement with the online stores. The project is new and built from scratch. Tech stack includes Java, Google Cloud Platform, Google Big Query, React, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes. You’ll be working in the high-seniority team of qualified developers achieving the goal of building a system that is capable of handling hundreds of millions of customers in real-time. The team is will be a mixed international team working together on different aspects of the system.

— Team leading experience 3+ years — Good understanding of SLDC/Scrum — Professional Java experience 7+ years — OOP/design patterns proficiency — Experience building complex systems — SQL/NoSQL database experience — Familiar with AWS or GCP — Advanced Linux user — Good spoken and written English Do not hesitate to apply if you are missing some specific experience. You’ll be leading the team of engineers providing technical guidance and organizational management. The responsibilities will include working on successful project delivery together with the Xenoss solution architect, technical product manager, and Singapore part of the team.
