Uklon, VP of Engineering
- Vadym is the VP of Engineering at Uklon, the largest ride-hailing service in Ukraine. He has over 12 years of experience in engineering, including 6 years in technical leadership and product management roles
- In his current position, he is responsible for scaling and developing Uklon’s engineering organization, which brings together product teams with more than 250 specialists, including 130+ engineers. Vadym drives the strategy for the company’s engineering function — from building reliable solutions to increasing team efficiency
