Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior DevOps (AWS) Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client helps companies manage technical content such as user guides, manuals, and community discussions. The digital experience platform technology and domain expertise in product content makes them the ideal solution to deliver content in a secure, dynamic, and modern environment. The intelligent platform ingests all content, from manuals to API docs to support articles, and delivers it as a unified and consistent source of Product Answers wherever customers are looking, including a documentation portal, service cloud, community, or right inside the product. It connects with content sources and integrates them into the user’s self-service portal so customers, employees, partners, and agents can easily find what they are looking for without leaving ServiceNow. The platform helps users’ customers independently find the answers they need while empowering support agents to deliver fast, relevant, and efficient support. Skills required

- 5+ years of experience working in a DevOps environment developing/supporting the infrastructure using cloud technology primarily using AWS. - Fluent in CI/CD using Jenkins, Github actions, Bitbucket Pipelines - Good knowledge of various AWS services - Knowledge of ECS/Kubernetes - Proficient in Terraform - Experienced with source control management - Good experience in troubleshooting/resolving non-trivial issues

Responsibilities

- Delivering reliable cloud-based distributed systems; - Extensive experience in provisioning/supporting infrastructure in AWS using the IaaC approach; - Maintaining/contributing to the build/deployment pipelines using Go/Python programming language; - Work closely with developers to understand their needs and offer the best practice approach for implementing solutions; - Taking part in the maintaining ECS/Kubernetes clusters
