Our customer is a rapidly growing startup from Tel Aviv, that is building an ultimate Vacation Rental Platform to support services for Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and other property providers in the vacation rental market. The Intellias team is responsible for 50% of the engineering development of the platform. The platform is developed using the latest technologies and frameworks, Node.js, Mongo, RabbitMq, and Redis on the server-side and React, and Redux on the client-side. Skills required
Implement cool new features, services, and APIs Write reusable code and libraries Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability Implement security and data protection Write tests and metrics monitoring modules
It will be a plus
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, at least 3 years of professional experience with web enabled commercial application development Solid experience working with NodeJS (ExpressJS) Experience with unit/integration tests using: jest, mocha, nock, Chai, Sinon Experience with Microservices Architecture and message brokers Experience with REST. Experience with development of microservices communication via queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka....) Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Experience with ReactJs / Redux - nice to have Be passionate about technology, solving complex problems with pleasure. Be a team player with strong communication skills Intermediate, Upper-intermediate, Advanced written and spoken English
