Все больше и больше компаний видят необходимость перехода на Agile подходы в работе. Но когда привносят Agile mindset и новую структуру в компании - изменение может быть большим и сложным для многих. Одним из наиболее используемых подходов Agile является Scrum, и многие компании борются с одинаковыми барьерами. Они долго не получают реальных преимуществ от Scrum, прежде чем они осознают в чем беда и разрушат "барьеры".
В этом докладе я расскажу о типичных "барьерах принятия Scrum" и о том, что с ними делать.
