Course description:

In this course, we will familiarize ourselves with the basic principles and tools on which quality People Management is built both in a separate team/project and in the company as a whole.

We will analyze the grade system and its correlation with maturity and hard and soft schools of specialists. Let's talk about delegation and motivation as a basis for people's development, as well as work on a PDP (personal development plan) and a cycle of meetings, which will become the basis for a systematic approach to people's development and evaluation

You will gain knowledge and skills that will allow you to systematically look at People Management in your company, propose ideas for improvement, and implement a quality assessment and development system. And you will also rethink your role and approaches to work with your people and teams

    The first module:
  • The system of grades and the basis for their formation: hard and soft skills, maturity, behavior.
  • Hard skills: what they are and why they are needed, matrix of competencies. In practice, in small groups we form a matrix of the selected function
  • Soft skills: what it is + context of culture and competence system. In practice, in small groups, we build culture + on its basis, we form competencies for people.
    The second module:
  • Motivation of people and work with it. Practice: motivational poker, which helps you better understand what motivates your people.
  • Delegation as the basis of quality development of people and team. Practice: delegation poker for individual / team delegation.
    The third module:
  • Personal Development Plan: what it is and how to work with it. Practice: form a PDP.
  • Building a system of evaluation and development of people. Based on the entire course material, we analyze the process, discuss meetings, participants, and communication options.

Expert: Andriy Labensky, Head of PMO at the product company Bini Games.

— Has 10+ years of experience in various product companies (PC game development, mobile games, apps). Worked on projects: Warface (Crytek Ukraine), Shatterline (FragLab), Homescapes/Gardenscapes (Playrix)

— Has a number of certifications from the ICAgile company (Leading SAFe, Team Facilitation, Product ownership)

— Implemented SAFe in the company from scratch

— Launched the direction of significant improvement of the quality of Homescapes/Gardenscapes (remastering)

—I developed a system of development and evaluation of specialists. Formed a strong and flexible RMO function in the company, capable of solving a wide range of tasks and meeting business needs.
