  • Three main steps from zero-to-hero:
    • Base: Containerization from scratch. For many beginners, a container looks like a black box. You will understand the terminology, components and containerization tools. You will build and run your first container yourself. For those who are in the subject, we will find interesting nuances. Here will be: cgroups, networking, runc, dive, podman, buildkit, multi-stage and multi-arch builds with Docker.
    • Skills: Kubernetes ecosystem. You will immerse yourself in the world of Kubernetes: the history of creation, architecture, components, role in the community. You will learn about: minions and master nodes, DNS and load balancers, Helm, Terraform, Flux and GitOps, cloud providers, CNCF and KubeCon, certification and Kubernetes Chaos Games. You will also understand the best practices for using Kubernetes clusters, building CICD and a secure environment.
    • Practice: Deploying K8S clusters. You will launch local and cloud, single and multi-node clusters. You will practice troubleshooting. You will delve into the nuances, bones and learn to choose the best option. You will learn kubectl, kind, k3s, GKE, Kubernetes The Hard Way, monitoring and logging. Imperative, declarative approaches and familiarity with modern methods of cluster and infrastructure management using AI.
