Webinar: Kubernetes intro

In this webinar, you will learn the basics of Kubernetes and understand how to work with a cluster in everyday tasks. We will review the key concepts (Pod, Deployment, Service), learn how to check the status of applications and analyze their behavior using kubectl and K9s.
After the class, you will be able to navigate the cluster yourself, find basic problems and quickly debug services without deep expertise in Kubernetes.

You will learn:
• How Kubernetes works at a basic level
• How to “read” the cluster status and understand what is happening in it
• How to use kubectl for basic operations
• How to quickly navigate the cluster using K9s
• What a typical Kubernetes workflow looks like

• Independently check whether the service has been deployed and in what state
• Watch logs and find basic problems (pod crashes, container doesn't start, etc.)
• Don't get lost in Kubernetes, but quickly find the resources you need
• Use K9s for daily debugging without unnecessary commands
