Performance is a notoriously subjective aspect of UIs, it's also not easy to measure and maintain, not to mention a general lack of experience and understanding of the topic. The goal of the talk is to build a concrete view on what web performance is, how to measure, monitor and test it, how to set meaningful goals and drive performance culture in a company.
