AI is already here. What will happen to your team (and your role) tomorrow? [ukr]
Generative AI is rapidly transforming not only development tools but also the very structure of teams. More and more tasks are being delegated to assistants, multi-agent systems, and copilots. Teams are getting smaller, while expectations for each engineer are growing.
In this talk, we’ll explore why good developers won’t be replaced by AI — but their roles will definitely change. Why the classic “I just write code” mindset is no longer enough. And what the profile of a senior+ developer looks like in this new reality: multidisciplinary, with product thinking, strong soft (core) skills, and the readiness to act as a tech advisor to the business.
I’ll also share an example of how these kinds of skills can be cultivated at the company level — or what to focus on when growing your own career.
