This workshop is dedicated to systematic practical work with feedback.

You will consider the main problems and mistakes that a person faces when giving and receiving feedback. You will learn various methods and tools that you can use in your daily work.

    You will gain knowledge and skills that will allow you to:
  • Systematically look at working with feedback in your team
  • Propose ideas for improving the level of feedback provision
  • As a result, improve its perception and effectiveness.

You will practice different methods of giving feedback (both positive and negative). Analyze the impact of feedback on a person's emotional state and results.

    After the workshop, you will be able:
  • Systematically apply different approaches to giving feedback, depending on the context and situation
  • Suggest ideas and improvements to work with feedback in your teams
  • Rethink your role and approaches to working with your specialists and teams in the context of giving feedback.

— Implemented SAFe in the company from scratch

— Launched the direction of significant improvement of the quality of Homescapes/Gardenscapes (remastering)
